Whether you’re wrestling with a big question, seeking a sounding board, or just need someone to talk to, our hosts are here for you. About Me

I am not a Therapist.  I am an Empathic Listener, who will hear you ...

After my marriage of 32 years ended, I felt lost, alone and afraid. I decided to learn how to truly be me, Siobhan.  It took a lot of inner searching.  At first, it was frightening, but then I learned to love it!  I am not afraid to examine and explore issues of my own and my reactions to situations that come across in life within myself and with others. 

I have travelled to and lived in other countries.  I feel life is a series of small and large adventures. 

I have  fallen down many times but have always found a way to get up again.  I have learned through my trials of life that we all need help at different times in our lives, to learn how to cope with what we are going through.

Each time the getting up again, through talking, through mindfulness, through self reflection and through feeling the emotion takes less time.

“FEAR” is what drives us so often.

”TALKING” is so much a part of that understanding and being able to learn how to cope and feel positive about yourself.

Being able to talk with someone who understands, who you can trust and who cares can bring a sense of understanding of yourself and your future .

We will find the path for you to live the life that makes you feel alive, makes you know how wonderful and special and important you are through talking, mindfulness, self reflecting and embracing what you are feeling and why you are feeling this way.

I also believe not everything we want to talk about is deep rooted, sometimes we just want to talk to vent.

“U  MATTER LET’S TALK” is for being “HEARD” in anyway you would like to be.
